All services from Rocket Essential, plus:
Monthly retainer fee: $10k
Success fee: 12% of 1st-year base salary (per placement)
Executive Search Fee: 15% of the candidate's first-year salary for executive roles
This service level is typically used by established scale-ups hiring 15+ people in the first year including senior/exec level hires.
Monthly Retainer Fees: These cover ongoing management and operations such as candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and technology use. The higher tiers offer more comprehensive services and deeper integrations, hence the higher fees.
Success Fees: These are success-based and ensure that Rocket RPO is incentivised to find the best talent. Success fees generally decrease as the retainer increases, ensuring cost-effectiveness for businesses that need more hands-on or high-volume support.
Executive Search Fees: Typically higher due to the more intensive effort required to recruit senior-level or executive candidates, and the additional time required for sourcing and vetting.
